2. Welcome to Committee Members

All members of the Mudslide Committee were welcomed to the First Annual General Meeting by the Chair.

3. Correspondence

TT indicated that there was no correspondence to be reported to the Committee.

4. Nomination of the Organizer

The Chair invited all Committee Members to nominate individuals to be the Organizer for 2002.  The following individuals were nominated:

• Clarence Kane Brenan III

• Brian Sullivan

• Douglas Drew

5. Election of the Organizer

The following votes were put forward by the Mudslide Committee:

• Brenan (3)

• Sullivan (2)

• Drew (1)

The Chair recognized Clarence Kane Brenan III as the Organizer for 2002.
